The staff was lovely and welcomed me warmly. I loved my lovely room and a marvelous bathroom. It featured a great roll top bath. I had a complimentary glass of champagne because it was my birthday. I found the location very convenient. It was a quick five-minute walk to the town center.
I noticed a little peeling paint on the outside. The building requires a repaint.

The lounge and bar area provides ample space for relaxation, plus it has lovely corners. An outdoor area offers another option for seating, near the downstairs dining area. I also found the air conditioning worked well, and kept my room cool.

The personnel was helpful, and I could tell they were efficient during my time there. Remy was very helpful and kind at the desk when I had a question. In the dining area, I noticed staff was attentive to the guest's needs.

the decor is beautiful. the rooms were clean and very comfortable. the bar provided an excellent space for quiet drinks. the location is very convenient for local shopping.
i found the car park a little small.

the restaurant provided a good menu. the chef, szymon, crafted some great dishes. the attentiveness of the staff, especially decima, made the dining experience memorable; i appreciate their attention to detail.

unserviced roomempty dispenser
i booked a suite. on putting away my things, i found an open, half-eaten bag of nuts in a drawer. reception arrived and took them away, but they did not seem overly concerned that the room clearly hadn't been thoroughly serviced. the shower gel dispenser was completely empty. not what i would expect at that room rate!!!

superb experience
clean roomcomfortable bedsmall car park
check in was quick and smooth i parked on the road outside a 24 hour permit was arranged the room was airy and clean the bed was comfy the bathroom was lovely and clean it had a large walk in shower i was happy there was a bath in the room too. air con was quiet and effective a coffee machine and a kettle were in the room there were thick bath robes and slippers available i found l'occitaine bath and shower gels to use.
the car park at the front is very small building work blocked off a lot of it breakfast could have been fresher the full english cooked breakfasts looked in a couple of minutes it showed the food had been simmering away for a while.

staff ensured a seamless check in i obtained a 24 hour parking permit i requested the staff were efficient and helpful they assisted with parking and other needs i really appreciated it.

the bar lounge features a mix of sofas and chairs the outdoor patio space is great when weather is good there were two options in the room for making hot drinks a coffee machine and a kettle were there.
